As part of the expansion that Marén Artists has recently carried out, we are pleased to announce some incorporations to the opera area that complete the list of great artists we work with. As always, our commitment is based on the high artistic level of the interpreters, seeking a balance between extraordinary singers of international prestige whose support for our agency is immensely stimulating and young but brilliant promises to whom we predict an extraordinary future.

Bruno de Simone, baritone
Recognised as a byword in comic opera and bel canto repertoire, Bruno de Simone is one of the most valued singers-actors on the international opera scene, being the ideal interpreter of dramma giocoso from the 18th and 19th century and comic opera, especially Rossini – with seventeen roles – and Donizetti repertoire. He is a regular singer in the most respected opera houses, musical institutions and international festivals, such as La Scala in Milan, Rossini Opera Festival in Pesaro, Maggio Musicale in Florence, Vienna (Staatsoper), Paris (Opéra), etc.
Territory: Spain

Bianca Tognocchi, soprano
Coloratura soprano, she has won numerous singing competitions, such as the Renata Tebaldi, Magda Olivero or G.B. Rubini, among others. Since her debut in 2010 as Adina in L´Elisir d´amore, she has sung numerous roles from her repertoire in some of the main theaters in Germany and Italy. This season it is worth highlighting her Susanna (Le nozze di Figaro) at the Frankfurt opera or Aminta (Il re pastore) in Salzburg.
Territory: Spain

Matteo Falcier, tenor
One of the most charismatic tenors of his generation, he is a regular singer in the main theaters in Italy (Teatro dell´Opera di Roma, Teatro San Carlo di Napoli, Teatro Regio di Torino, etc.). He has sung with great conductors, such as Conlon, Abbado, Rizzo or Muti, with whom he toured Japan together with the Wiener Staatsoper. His Arnoldo (Guillaume Tell) has won him enormous successes in Europe.
Territory: Spain

These great names are joined by young people of enormous future projection such as Patricia Calvache (soprano), Héctor Rodríguez (tenor) or Rafael Quirant (sopranist).

Special projects
Some of the special projects we are preparing are: Lyrical Gala with the extraordinary mezzo-soprano Elīna Garanča, one of the great stars of the international lyrical scene, conducted in concert by Karel Mark Chichon, another of the most important incorporations to our agency, as we already announced; “Le Diable”, concert-show starring Rubén Amoretti with some of his most impressive interpretations of the devil (Faust, Méphistophéles, La damnation de Faust …).
